Store Privacy Policy
Cookie NoticeEffective date: August 17, 2026.
Last Updated: November 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how BRICART Inc. ("BRICART," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information when you visit or make a purchase from this United States online store, communicate with us, or otherwise use the services described in this Policy (collectively, the "Services"). BRICART independently operates this authorized DJI e-commerce store, which offers a selected range of genuine DJI products and accessories. References to DJI do not mean that DJI is the operator or controller of this store unless a particular DJI service is expressly identified.
The Services are intended primarily for customers in the United States. This Policy does not cover DJI-operated websites, applications, devices, flight services, or other services that display a separate privacy policy.
1. General
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, sales terms, and other notices presented when personal information is collected.
BRICART Inc. is the store operator, seller, payment recipient, and party responsible for store returns and refunds. BRICART is also responsible for the personal information processed for operation of this store. Technical diagnosis, warranty assessment, and product repair may be provided through DJI's official support and service system under its own terms and privacy notices. We disclose information to DJI or an authorized service provider only as reasonably necessary to provide a service you request.
2. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with the Services.
Information You Provide
- Contact and account information: name, email address, telephone number, account credentials, saved addresses, and account preferences.
- Order and transaction information: products, order history, billing and shipping addresses, payment status, discounts, returns, refunds, and related records. Payment card details are processed by our payment providers and generally are not stored by us in complete form.
- Communications: messages, reviews, survey responses, support requests, and information submitted in connection with delivery, returns, repair, refurbished-product, or technical-support services.
- Marketing choices: email or SMS subscriptions, campaign responses, and opt-out preferences.
Information Collected Automatically
- device and browser information, IP address, cookie and similar identifier data, pages viewed, referring pages, search and interaction data, and approximate location inferred from IP address;
- storefront, checkout, fraud-prevention, performance, analytics, and advertising event data; and
- consent, Global Privacy Control (GPC), and data-sharing opt-out signals where supported.
Information From Other Sources
We may receive information from Shopify, payment processors, delivery and logistics providers, DJI or authorized service providers, loyalty and communications providers, analytics and advertising partners, social networks, fraud-prevention providers, and other parties you direct to share information with us.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to:
- provide the storefront, create and manage accounts, process payments, fulfill orders, and provide delivery and order updates;
- manage store returns and refunds and coordinate information needed for warranty, repair, or technical-support requests;
- provide loyalty benefits, customer service, and requested communications;
- personalize the Services and measure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve their performance;
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms;
- send marketing communications where permitted and measure advertising effectiveness;
- comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce agreements, and establish or defend legal claims; and
- carry out other purposes disclosed at collection or with your consent.
4. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:
- Commerce and infrastructure providers, including Shopify and its affiliates, payment processors, hosting, security, fraud-prevention, and customer-account providers.
- Operational providers, including shipping, logistics, order-management, communications, customer-support, repair, and technical-support providers.
- Business and marketing providers, including BON Loyalty, Klaviyo, Shopify Messaging, Google & YouTube, Facebook & Instagram, and service providers supporting our Custom App, to the extent enabled and used.
- DJI and authorized service providers, when needed to provide an official service you request or to verify product or service eligibility.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where reasonably necessary for legal, compliance, audit, insurance, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
- Transaction parties, in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable safeguards.
We may also disclose information at your direction or with your consent. We do not disclose personal information to another merchant for that merchant to view. Some analytics, advertising, and Shopify enhanced-service activities may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under certain U.S. state privacy laws even when no money is exchanged.
5. Shopify and Shopify Network Intelligence
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to provide commerce, security, analytics, personalization, and other platform services. We have enabled Shopify Network Intelligence. When enabled, Shopify may use customer data from our store together with data from other merchants to provide enhanced services, including improved personalization, store performance, fraud protection, and advertising effectiveness, in accordance with Shopify's terms and privacy documentation. You can learn more in Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy.
If you opt out of sale or sharing through our data-sharing opt-out page, submit a recognized GPC signal, or decline non-essential tracking through a tool properly integrated with Shopify's Customer Privacy API, Shopify indicates that the associated activity will be restricted from specified advertising or non-essential uses within Shopify Network Intelligence, as applicable.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our providers use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate checkout and account features, remember preferences, secure the Services, understand use, measure performance, personalize content, and support advertising.
Types of Technologies
- Necessary: required for core storefront, account, checkout, security, and fraud-prevention functions.
- Functional: remember choices and provide enhanced features.
- Analytics: help us understand traffic, interactions, and performance.
- Advertising: measure campaigns, build audiences, and deliver or personalize advertising.
Your Choices
Where our cookie banner is available, you can accept, reject, or choose categories of non-essential technologies. Select "Cookie Preferences" in the footer to review or change those choices at any time. You may also use browser settings, marketing unsubscribe tools, our data-sharing opt-out page, or a supported GPC signal. Blocking certain technologies may affect functionality. Browser "Do Not Track" signals are not uniformly defined; where required, we process legally recognized opt-out preference signals such as GPC.
Necessary technologies remain active because they support functions such as security, cart, checkout, account access, and fraud prevention. Analytics, advertising, and other non-essential technologies are controlled according to applicable law, the regions configured in our privacy tools, and the choices you submit through those tools.
7. Advertising, Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
We use services such as Google & YouTube and Facebook & Instagram and may conduct cross-site advertising. Depending on applicable law, disclosing identifiers and online activity to advertising partners or using Shopify enhanced services may be considered sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
You can opt out through our data-sharing opt-out page or by using a supported GPC signal. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your state of residence and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request access to or a copy of personal information, correction, deletion, portability, or information about our collection and disclosure practices. You may also have the right to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, and to appeal a decision on a request.
To submit a request, email privacy@us.store.dji.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." You may also use the data-sharing opt-out page for applicable opt-out requests.
We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority, such as matching information you provide with account or transaction records. We will use verification information only for the request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but we may require proof of authorization and may separately verify your identity. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Account deletion does not necessarily delete records we must retain for transactions, security, tax, warranty, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Requests involving Shop or Shop Pay may also require use of Shopify's privacy controls.
9. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact privacy@us.store.dji.com so we can review and take appropriate action. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 for targeted advertising without legally required authorization.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting account credentials. To report suspected unauthorized account use, a website vulnerability, or a security incident, email security@us.store.dji.com.
11. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining transaction and support records, meeting legal, tax, accounting, security, and fraud-prevention obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.
The retention period varies according to the type and sensitivity of the information, the reason it was collected, provider settings, legal requirements, and any applicable legal hold. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, it is deleted, anonymized, or otherwise handled as permitted by law. BRICART will document and approve a more detailed retention schedule before publishing fixed retention periods.
12. International Data Transfers
BRICART is based in the United States, but Shopify, its affiliates and subprocessors, and other providers may process personal information in the United States, Canada, and other jurisdictions. Those jurisdictions may have different data-protection laws. Where required, service providers use contractual and other safeguards for international transfers. We do not represent that all personal information is stored only in the United States.
13. U.S. State Privacy Disclosures
Categories of Personal Information
In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected identifiers; customer-record information; commercial information; internet or other electronic network activity; approximate geolocation; audio, visual, or communications content you provide; professional information when relevant to a business transaction; and inferences derived from the foregoing. We collect these categories from you, your devices, Shopify and installed services, transaction and logistics providers, DJI or authorized service providers, advertising and social platforms, and other sources described above.
Purposes and Recipients
We use and disclose these categories for the business and commercial purposes described in Sections 3 through 7. Recipient categories include commerce infrastructure, payment, logistics, customer-service, loyalty, communications, analytics, advertising, social media, security, professional, DJI, and authorized service providers.
Sensitive Personal Information
We may process account credentials, payment-related information handled by payment providers, and precise information you voluntarily provide for a transaction or support request. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you beyond purposes permitted by applicable law. This statement must be re-evaluated if the Custom App or a future service collects additional sensitive information.
California and Other State Rights
California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and receive information about categories of sources, purposes, recipients, and sale or sharing, as well as the right to opt out of sale or sharing and to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. Residents of other states may have similar rights, including portability and appeal rights. Submit requests using the methods in Section 8.
Financial Incentives
Loyalty rewards, discounts, and promotional programs may qualify as a financial incentive under some laws. Material program terms, eligibility, and how to withdraw will be presented with the applicable program. We do not knowingly provide a different level of service because a consumer exercised a privacy right except where permitted and reasonably related to the value provided through an optional program.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may link to or interoperate with websites, applications, social networks, payment services, and DJI services operated by other parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Review those notices before providing personal information. Our inclusion of a link does not make us responsible for the other party's practices.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, providers, or our practices. We will post the revised Policy and update the "Last Updated" date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
